Hi and welcome to the sugar farm. So glad you are here! My name is Devon and I’m a wife to a farmer and mother of 3. The name came after discussing ideas with friends that I have a farm with sugar and my husband has a farm with corn and beans. The Sugar Farm it was!!! I started this business in the spring of 2020 (yes the same time as the start of the pandemic) but my baking started a long long time ago.  I used to love baking for holidays and family. Fast forward to 2004 and I attended The Illinois Institute of Art in Chicago and graduated with my professional baking and pastry certificate. Then I opened a small bakery and cafe before staying home with my kiddos for about 10 years.

I worked in a few local shops because I was longing for that creative work and then I decide to run one from my home. Never could I have imagined what it would become all thanks to my amazing customers who have and continue to support me. So Thank You!!
